Return Policy



At AsiaAeroPath, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Our Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for changes or cancellations to your tour booking. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer


More than 90 Days Before Departure: A full refund of the tour price, minus the non-refundable deposit of $500 per person, will be issued.
60 to 90 Days Before Departure: A partial refund of 50% of the tour price will be issued. The $500 non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
30 to 60 Days Before Departure: A partial refund of 25% of the tour price will be issued. The $500 non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by AsiaAeroPath

Tour Cancellation:
If AsiaAeroPath cancels a tour for any reason, including insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour of equal value. We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation occurs.
Significant Changes: If we need to make significant changes to your tour itinerary, you will be given the option to accept the changes or cancel the tour with a full refund.
Changes to Your Booking

1. Changes by the Customer

Date Changes: Requests to change tour dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 60 days before the original departure date. An administrative fee of $150 per person may apply.
Name Changes: Name changes are allowed with a fee of $100 per person, provided they are made at least 30 days before departure.
2. Changes by AsiaAeroPath

Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions or local events. Any significant changes will be communicated to you promptly, and you will have the option to accept the changes or cancel the tour with a full refund.
Refund Process

1. Refunds for Cancellations

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the booking. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
2. Refunds for Tour Cancellation by AsiaAeroPath

Refund Processing Time: Refunds for tour cancellations by AsiaAeroPath will be processed within 14 business days from the date of notification of cancellation.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the booking.
Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related issues. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and must be arranged separately.
